Data for these purposes will be processed on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 lit. b), c) and f) of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of persons and repealing Directive 95/46 (RODO ).
    
After explicit consent, in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. (a) RODO data may also be processed to send commercial information by electronic means and to make telephone calls for direct marketing purposes or in relation to art. 10 (2) of the Law of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services or art. 172 (1) of the Law of 16 July 2004 - Telecommunications law, including those governed by profiling, provided that the user has given appropriate consent.
    
When placing the order, the personal data may be provided to postal operators or forwarding agents only for the purpose of delivering the order. Personal data processed in connection with the execution of purchases will be processed for the period of time required to complete the order Purchase and order is required.
